Every 3 months you'll receive a box that reflects your sartorial needs and current seasonal trends. With a subscription, our stylists work with you over time to build the wardrobe that works for you. You can make requests before renewals, provide feedback after shipments, and even book a one-on-one style consultation.
Quarterly Subscriptions: $65 / season (plus $5 shipping, skip any time)
Annual Subscriptions: $220 / year (shipping is free, 15% discount)

The Wardrobe Box isn't just stylish, it's sustainable. Boxes are filled exclusively from The Wardrobe's inventory of donated clothing and accessories. We carefully inspect each garment for quality, and unsuitable items are repurposed through our partner Helpsy. Our selection features the best from designer, store, and vintage brands. You may even find items new with tags! Each box has an average retail value of $300.

FAQ
Do you have clothing for everyone? The Wardrobe has clothing for all genders, in all styles from XS-4XL. Please include as much information as possible on the Style Profile so we can best meet your needs. There's even a space for measurements!
We understand that clothing inherently has no gender. Differentiating "Menswear" and "Womenswear" helps us understand your sizing and preferences. If you'd like to receive a mixture of both, select the type that closest aligns with your style and tell us more in the Style Profile.
If you have particular concerns, we encourage you to book a virtual style consultation to meet with a stylist.
When does my Wardrobe Box ship? Orders ship within 2 weeks of a purchase or renewal, and every 3 months following for subscriptions. Renewals process on the 15th of the appropriate month.
How do you schedule your seasons? Shipping seasons run ahead of calendar seasons so you can wear the clothes at the right time. Spring boxes ship February-April, summer boxes ship May-July, fall boxes ship August-October, winter boxes ship November-January.
Can I update my Style Profile? Unfortunately there is no way to edit your profile. To update your preferences or sizes, you can email anytime at online@WardrobePA.org. You can also respond to the quarterly renewal reminders to tell us what you're looking for that season.
Can I return or exchange an item? Because we are resale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you don't love something in your box, please let us know so we can add something to your next box. We ask that you pay it forward by donating the items to someone in your community.
Can I purchase a gift Wardrobe Box? Yes! If you know the recipient's sizes, you can order a subscription or One Time Box and indicate that it's a gift at checkout. If you don't know the recipient's sizes we recommend purchasing a gift card for the appropriate amount.
Where can you ship to? At this time we only ship to the United States.
